As part of our new platform, Brussels Airlines Virtual has introduced Stratos as our official flight tracking system, replacing the previous Vabase ACARS tracker.

All pilots must now use Stratos to track their flights.

What does this mean for you?

1. Download Stratos

To get started, you will need to download and install Stratos. Make sure you are using the new tracker before beginning your flights.

2. Vabase ACARS is no longer supported

Our previous Vabase ACARS tracker is no longer used by Brussels Airlines Virtual. Please switch to Stratos for all future flight tracking.

3. No more FSUIPC required

One of the advantages of our new tracking setup is that you no longer need FSUIPC to track your flights with Stratos.

This simplifies the setup process and makes getting started with our new system easier.

If you haven't already done so, download Stratos and familiarise yourself with the new tracking process before operating your next flight.

By completing tours, you can earn awards and add new achievements to your pilot profile.

Fly charter flights

With our Free Flight (Charter) option, you have more freedom to choose your own destinations and enjoy flights beyond our regular scheduled operations.

There are now additional opportunities to work towards awards through the activities available in the Crew Center.

Keep an eye on our Spotlight Airport of the Month and book a flight to the featured airport to take part in this monthly activity.

We are excited to announce that the brand-new Brussels Airlines Virtual website and Crew Center are officially live!

After months of development, testing, and preparation, we are proud to introduce our renewed platform. This marks an important milestone for Brussels Airlines Virtual and the beginning of an exciting new chapter for our community.

The new platform features a completely redesigned website, an upgraded Crew Center, an improved flight booking experience, and our new flight tracking system powered by Stratos.

We have also introduced new opportunities for our pilots to explore our network, participate in tours, book charter flights, and earn awards along the way.

Important information for existing members

As we transition to the new platform, there are a few important changes to be aware of.

• First login: All existing members must click the “forgot password” when logging in for the first time.
• Flight bookings: The process for booking flights has changed.
• Flight tracking: Our previous Vabase ACARS tracker has been replaced by Stratos.

To help you get started, we have prepared a step-by-step transition guide explaining the new login process and flight booking procedure.
